Call for Nominations

MAPAN’s purpose is to bring together Perianesthesia Nurses throughout the State of Michigan to share common interests, exchange ideas, and promote continued education in order to maintain the highest degree of efficiency and quality in all phases of perianesthesia nursing.

To do this requires YOUR leadership skills as we continue to grow our organization and programs. It is an exciting time for MAPAN – so we challenge YOU to get involved, realize your potential, and make a difference!

Qualified candidates are needed for the following positions on the

MAPAN 2015-2016 Board of Directors:

Vice/President-President Elect

(Three-year term, Board of Director within last 5 years required)

Treasurer (Two-year term)

Active members are welcome to accept this challenge of running for office in 2015.  Please refer to each job description for specific eligibility requirements.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

§  The submission deadline date is November 1, 2014

§  An Intent to Place Name for Nomination Form and the Conflict of Interest Policy/Form must be signed (insert handwritten signature electronically or hand-sign and scan) and e-mailed, with a date stamp no later than November 1, 2014
