Guidelines: Points are awarded to current ASPAN/MAPAN members.
Reimbursement will be within the fiscal year (January 01-November 30,
2007). Monies may be used for conferences, certification,
recertification, annual registration, and other educational offerings.
The point value will be determined by the Board of Directors based
on the current fiscal budget. The reimbursement form is to be
completed and received by the Educational Reimbursement Sub-Committee
Vice Chairperson no later than December 1, 2007. It is the
responsibility of the person submitting the form to obtain their
verifications. POINTS:
- 15 Fulfilling the duties of a MAPAN office,
Committee/Subcommittee Chairperson, as defined by MAPAN by-laws.
- 10 Fulfilling the duties of a District office,
Committee/Subcommittee Chairperson, or speaker (must provide
verification).
- 5 For members who attend each Board of
Directors Meeting, Committee/Subcommittee meeting.
- 10 Working on a MAPAN Committee/Subcommittee.
- 8 For work on an ASPAN/ABPANC Committee, (i.e.
BOD, Committee members, officer, item writer for ABPANC, council
member- verification from committee chairperson required).
- 10 For attending a MAPAN/ASPAN sponsored conference (i.e.
ASPAN, MAPAN, ASPAN Regional or ASPAN Seminar out of state).
- 15 For attending a ASPAN National Conference. Submit
copy of C.H.
- 10 For published educational article in the MAPAN
Monitor or JOPAN.
- 10 Current CPAN, CAPA Certification (Including copy of wallet
card).
